As for the course, I basically ran the West LA Running Club's inaugural run, but backwards. Also, I took another hilly street back just to intensify the jog slightly more.

I saw a picture of myself sitting in the hot springs at Tabacon in Costa Rica and I actually had fat rolls! Can you believe it? I was 145 H.S., 165 in college, and now? 205! I've got to do something about it! So, I'm logging exercise routing to be accountable. Please read through the posts - and please post comments to let me know you're watching! I'll try to include some details about what I've been up to including running routes and boot camp exercises.
