I've started going to boot camp again...a few Saturdays (at 8 am) and even a couple of weekday workouts (at 6am!!!). I'm really excited about getting back in the swing of things, especially since I've really been feeling like crap. I can't even list out all the different facets of my life that are just sucky (but I'm gonna try!)
I eat bad food
I don't drink enough water
My clothes don't fit anymore
I can't even run 2 miles in 20 minutes
I'm out of breath all the time
I'm handling stress way worse than before
I wake up super tired (even if I get 7+ hours of sleep)
I'm not that jazzed about work these days
.....there are probably 20 more things I could put here, but you get the jist.
So .... any of you out there who might be reading this ... I'm going to be delivering good news as I'm resurrecting the Exercise Blog....for rillz!!!
