Getting up at 5:30 still hurts. I don't know how much longer I'll be able to resist hitting the snooze button!
Anyway, got to boot camp, and today, it finally came. In Jorge's circuit training class at Berkeley, he used to set up the stations such that you were doing abs / lying on your stomach right after doing an exercise that had you breathing heavily. Today, it was running laps in the sand, and then immediately onto our stomachs while raising both the arms and legs in the air. Right after that, 40 jumping jacks, back to the sand for some run-skips, and then back on the stomachs, except this time, acting like I was swimming. And I had the same response as in circuit training - purple spots and an incredible urge to HURL!!
It was a great workout, and I'm glad I made it this far. Only 10 more sessions to go!
