ran around a bit - definitely sore from yesterday's 10k
we did a lot of abs - i'm definitely feeling stronger...at least upper abs, not so much on the lower abs, but i'll get there!
also, need to log in that last thursday at assoc outing, 3 different people said that i look like i've lost weight! 3!!!
plus, on saturday, when wil and dave came by the office, wil mentioned that i look thinner, too
things are good...i guess slow and steady wins the race, eh?
